St Peter Family Stay. Charming family run apt, kids friendly, 1km from St Peter

Cozy apartment located in the heart of Rome, in the lively Prati district, a short pleasant walk to St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps and the renowned upscale shopping street, via Cola di Rienzo. This charming accommodation offers a unique experience for tourists eager to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Eternal City and, if they wish, interact with a real Roman family living in the same building.
The apartment, recently renovated with care for the details and the needs also of a family traveling with children (as the owners themselves are a family of travelers), is situated on the first floor of an elegant period building with an elevator and a doorperson.
From the entrance door, you enter directly into the bright living room with an open kitchen area, furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything needed to relax after a long journey or a day out in the city: a comfortable sofa (bed) to sit and read one of the books you will find in the apt or to watch TV directly connected to your Netflix account while your kids are playing with a few toys we can leave for you on request (you will not find toys in the apt if you are not interested) .
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, espresso maker with pods, kettle with tea selection, etc.) and everything necessary to allow guests to prepare meals with ease and convenience. Families with small children will have a highchair available, as well as child-sized utensils.
The apartment features two finely furnished bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds and large closets to comfortably store personal belongings.
The smaller bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with a window), while a second bathroom (without a window) is in the hallway and can be used by the larger bedroom and any other guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine, and everything needed for quick house cleaning.
Each bed will be equipped with high-quality sheets, and each guest will be provided with a set of soft towels. You will also find an hairdryer, toiletries and cleaning products.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and autonomous heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the accommodation and is free of charge, allowing guests to stay always connected during their stay.
The apt is non-smoking and no party (obviously you can have a dinner and enjoy a good bottle of wine with the other guests of the apt).
