Wyndham Desert Blue (3 Bedroom Presidential Condo - near strip)

The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 3 bath presidential condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king size beds and the third bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

Stayed for convention

Property was well maintained, and our room was exactly what we needed to have bonding as a work event but enough area for personal space. Short taxi/uber to the convention center. 15-minute safe walk to the Forum shops. We didn't get to enjoy the property amenities but would love to go back as all looked inviting. The staff is super helpful and polite. Already recommended to a friend. Host answered all our questions timely.

Great girls trip

We stayed for a long weekend girls trip. The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Very convenient to the local attractions. Host was very informative. Staff was friendly. Great trip all around!

The staff, room and facilities were great. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The unit we stayed in is in desperate need of a new dishwasher. It’s crusted with calcium deposits and does not clean the dishes. Had to hand wash everything once we realized that.

Amazing!!!

Was looking at other hotels in the area for the Raider game. Found this one on VRBO. It was only 2 to 3 hundred dollars more than hotels in the area. It was a presidential suite with four bedrooms, 4 baths, living room, dining area, full kitche.

Great location just off the strip!

Awesome property, with a pool and multiple bedroom apartment style accommodations. Had snack bar and other amenities on property an and a shuttle to the stop.

Great place! Super comfy beds and beautiful Pool area. Only downfall is having to Uber most days for groceries, restaurants & touring. If you want to just chill...it’s the perfect place.

A Better Way to do Vegas...

Great condo, lots of room, three bedroom and three bath were great. Everything you need is there with the strip and other places just a mile away. 2 min Uber ride to the strip if you don't want to walk. Sooo much better than a casino hotel. Great pool area!

This condo could not have been better. Only a 5 minute Uber ride to the strip. So nice to have a kitchen and a comfortable area to hang out. Very high end feel and stunning view of the city lights.

Great location and suite! Near to the strip, but had it's own quiet solitude. Room was perfect. Recommend bringing salt, pepper, etc as none of this was in the room. Smith's grocery was a short Uber away.

Beautiful condo and had everything we needed! Plus the pool and game room were great for the kids.

The condo is excellent for a large family or 2-3 families that want to share expenses. Each bedroom had a full bathroom with shower. The condo was clean and had what we needed to make meals and feel at home. Plus the pool and pool bar which served food was great. The outdoor games and indoor game room had a lot for kids to do. Highly recommend.
