Awelon, a two-storey terrace cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a woodburning stove, Smart TV and a kitchen with a dining table, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster as well as an external utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom and a twin room, and a cot, highchair and stairgate can be made available upon request. Outside, there is road-side parking, and a private rear garden with patio, gravel, AstroTurf and outdoor table and chairs. Fuel, power, wifi, electric, bed linen and towels are all included. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You’ll find the closest shop and pub in 2 miles, and a beach in 1.7 miles. Awelon is in ideal location for families or friends seeking to explore the coast of North Wales, as well as having close links to Eryri National Park (Snowdonia.) Note: Bunk room has a full single bed below and an upper bunk. Note: There are two more chairs for dining stored in cupboard underneath the staircase.
