Summary:
Unique home in the coziest area of Alkmaar! Tastefully decorated with a modern look. This house has a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), beautiful living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Suitable for 4 people (both bedrooms have a double bed) and a private garden. Close to the city centre (2 minutes by bus and 13 minutes by foot). The beach is only 15-20 minutes by car or 30-40 minutes by bike. Depending on which beach you choose. Egmond aan Zee is the closest. Ideal for families and couples.

The Space:
This house has a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), beautiful living room, bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms (both bedrooms have a double bed)). Suitable for 4 people. Washing machine and steamer available. Private garden.

Guest Access:
We will personally welcome you to our home. We will send you more information by email 1 day before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Cozy neighborhood. Alkmaar has an authentic and cozy city center with many museums, shops and restaurants. Both Egmond aan Zee, Bergen aan Zee and Castricum aan Zee are easily accessible from our house. Of course you can also easily travel by public transport to Amsterdam.

Getting Around:
At the Nieuwpoortslaan, in front of the door, you can park with a visitor card for a maximum of 3 hours. In the Nieuwpoortslaan, only a day pass is available for €23.20 per day. This is only needed from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. Evenings, nights and weekends are free.
