Our excellent cottage offers the perfect blend of contemporary living with old-world charm, ideal for small families or groups. It has been refurbished and extended to an impeccable standard and provides parking for two cars.
The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a large door that overlooks beautiful trees and paddocks and leads onto a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.
There are two bedrooms and one office room. The first room is furnished with a king-sized bed, and the second has a queen-sized bed; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The cottage is on the edge of Malahide, within walking distance of Malahide castle and grounds. Guests will have access to the entire home!

It is a popular tourist destination known for its picturesque marina, beautiful beaches, historic castle, and numerous bars and restaurants. The town has a lively atmosphere and is particularly popular during the summer when visitors enjoy the coastal scenery and outdoor activities. Malahide is also known for its excellent transport links, making travelling to and from Dublin city centre and other nearby towns and cities easy.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop is, Bus 42 Malahide, Feltrim Lane, which is just a 2 minutes walk away.
It is 10 minutes drive or less from Dublin City Airport. It is 5 minutes drive to the local Malahide DART station.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
