It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Churchtown Lower, known as Baile a Teampaill Íochtarach in Irish, is a charming neighbourhood in Dublin, Ireland. This area offers a unique blend of residential tranquillity and convenient urban living.

Green spaces, including the beautiful Dodder River, surround the neighbourhood. Local parks such as Bushy Park and the Dodder Linear Park provide opportunities for outdoor activities, strolls, and picnics.

Churchtown Lower offers essential amenities such as schools, healthcare facilities, and local shops, making it a self-sufficient community. You can find everything you need right within the neighbourhood. While Churchtown Lower has a more residential feel, you're just a short trip away from larger shopping centres, restaurants, and cafes. The bustling Dundrum Town Centre is nearby, offering a wide range of retail and dining options.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest station, Dundrum Luas, is just an 8-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
