This lovely 70m2 house has two floors accessible by stairs.

The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with friends and family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking appliances and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, a dining table is available to dine with loved ones, and a washer is available to help with your laundry needs.

There are two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with double beds. They are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Donnybrook is a picturesque neighbourhood known for its tree-lined streets and friendly atmosphere. You'll find a variety of charming cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The house is located on the scenic River Dodder with local attractions Herbert Park and Donnybrook Stadium close by.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Donnybrook Bus Garage, is just a 5-minute walk.

Dublin airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
