Villa with garden sleeps 6 for a completely relaxing stay. Just 5 minutes by car from the lakeside of Anguillara with free and equipped beaches. The Martignano Lake Natural Park is 10 minutes away. It is 2.5 km from the Rome-Viterbo train station and only 1 km from commercial activities (supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, bars, etc.). Pets allowed to be declared at the time of booking. Private parking space in front of the entrance to the house. Available to guests is a changing barbecue and outdoor dining area with gazebo, table and chairs. Free broadband Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV and Netflix. It is possible to access the structure only with self check-in.
