Fabulous Condo & Beach Stay
This place was absolutely immaculate!!! It was conveniently located on the second floor, which was great for unloading and taking the stairs was also an option for avoiding the wait for the elevator. The place was had great amenities and we loved staying here. Will come back again, highly recommend.

During our firat day, two maintenance workers attempted to access the property. The first was to change the air filter which we allowed. The air filter dis not appear to need to be changed. The second worker requested access to check on a water leak. There was no leak, so we denied access. This was a privacy issue for my family. My recommendation is that maintenance be completed between stays.

Spring Break multigenerational
Trip with grandparents, daughter, and grandsons for spring break! Enjoyed exploring Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and seeing family that live in area. Condo was great and amenities were awesome! Beach was beautiful. Good location.

Exactly what I needed
The condo was beautiful and well presented. The property amenities were great for the kids. I wish the beach chairs and umbrella service came with the condo. Also the kitchen needs a can opener otherwise all needs were met.

Fantastic spot for a beach getaway!
I stayed with 2 of my friends for a long weekend, and this condo was wonderful. It’s just as nice as the pictures! Everything was clean. Showers and sinks drained well. Comfortable sitting area, great view of the beach from the balcony, and the beds were fairly comfortable as well (we did not love the polyester sheets on the beds, as that made for a hotter slumber; we amended that by turning the A/C down. Just mentioning this in case there are any other hot sleepers out there). The paint colors and decor are cool and calming, so we always felt relaxed and at home whenever we were hanging out inside. Do be mindful that there is only a Keurig and not a traditional coffee pot (that is in the listing; we just accidentally overlooked it), so bring your K-cups. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker, which we appreciated. It does not, however, have a water dispenser. No complaints about that! Just mentioning it so other travelers will pack some bottled water or a filter pitcher if you prefer not to drink tap water. We loved that this unit is on the 2nd floor near the stairs. It made going to and from the beach and parking garage a real breeze. The Phoenix overall was great as well. Indoor and outdoor pools. Direct beach access. Easy check in. Overall, this is a lovely spot, and we would definitely love to come back and stay again! My friends had nothing but good things to say about it.

Wonderful peaceful getaway
The property was beautiful. We stayed on the second floor and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. It also felt very private—we rarely heard any noise from neighbors above or below. The pools are beautiful and the beach was so clean and beautiful.

This property is in a great location and had everything my family needed for our stay. The view was very nice. From our balcony, we saw dolphins swimming near the beach! Activities like jet-ski rentals, dolphin cruise, and parasailing were minutes away. The private garage parking was also a plus. Amenities were great: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, and raquetball. Would definitely recommend this property, but needs to be cleaner. Also, masterbath tub doesn't drain well. Other than that, this place was great!

Worth the money!
This was our first experience renting a condo and we really enjoyed all it had to offer compared to a beach house. The beachfront view and swimming pools and hottubs were nice amenities The balcony was very spacious and open leaving plenty of room for visitors. The 2 rooms we had were big, spacious and clean. The only thing I would add is to provide a lid on the kitchen trash can to help prevent smells while using it. The condo was really clean, but the doors could use some wiping down in the bathrooms and dusted off. Providing 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom would be nice and tissues as well. We vacuumed while there to get up the beach sand we brought in on our shoes and the vacuum sounded like it was on it's last leg, but seemed to work ok. Make sure you bring beach towels and extra toilet paper, tissue and paper towels, foil, saran wrap, etc as housekeeping won't bring you any paper products if you run out. Checking in was easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. Parking in the covered garage was very nice. Lots of security walking around was nice too. All and all, our stay was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice beach getaway.
The condo was very nice. The checkin process was a breeze. Excellent view of the beach and amenities. The beds are very firm so it may be helpful to bring a pad or cushion to sleep on.

Great beach view only issue are the master bedroom mattress wasn’t comfortable and the master bathroom shower liner need to be replaced do to the mildew. Check in was easy and really enjoy the parking with my stay. I would definitely stay again if they update the things in the master bedroom.

Old building and mechanics
This was my first stay in Orange Beach at the Pelican VI. My opinion might be different if the condo had been clean. Sand was all over the floor throughout the condo. The kitchen appliances are very old, the outside of the refrigerator was dirty with grease buildup (now gone because I cleaned it). We had 3 towels, 3 wash cloths, and 3 hand towels for two adults and a 10 year old (I went to Walmart and bought more). The tub and shower backs up with water when being used, the kitchen and bathroom sink backed up with water as well. The oven is old and requires extra high settings to work, which ultimately burnt the food. I have rented condos at multiple beach locations every year for the last 30 years. This condo was not clean and the sand all over the floor really did ruin the experience. The condo did have an appearance of being updated with the granite in the kitchen and the vinyl flooring, but overall just felt old. The furnishings were fine, looked beachy, but the throw pillows on the sofa were full of sand, and by the 2nd night, sand was in the bed, picked up by our feet from the sand on the floor. I looked under the furnishings before we left to make sure we didn't leave anything, regret that now because of what I found....dust caked on the base boards, trash (receipts, baggies, etc) from other guests. I do want to say I did not report this to the manager, which I could have done. I cleaned it myself, which felt like the better option at the time. We only stayed four nights and I did not feel like calling management and wasting my time on trying to get the condo cleaned.
