Fantastic experience

Came for just a long weekend, this was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in/check out for simple. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great 2 bed/2 bath with convenient covered parking. Right on the beach-no need to cross the street. Large indoor and outdoor pools. Comfortable beds. Loved 2 sliding doors to balcony. TV in each bedroom (husband and son need this) and living room.

Fabulous Condo & Beach Stay

This place was absolutely immaculate!!! It was conveniently located on the second floor, which was great for unloading and taking the stairs was also an option for avoiding the wait for the elevator. The place was had great amenities and we loved staying here. Will come back again, highly recommend.

Trip with grandparents, daughter, and grandsons for spring break! Enjoyed exploring Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and seeing family that live in area. Condo was great and amenities were awesome! Beach was beautiful. Good location.

Quiet! clean! neat!

Everything was clean and well organized. Kitchen had ample pots dishes and utensils there were plenty linens the beach was beautiful and clean. We were very much at ease and would definitely stay there again

Wonderful peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful. We stayed on the second floor and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. It also felt very private—we rarely heard any noise from neighbors above or below. The pools are beautiful and the beach was so clean and beautiful.

Exactly what I needed

The condo was beautiful and well presented. The property amenities were great for the kids. I wish the beach chairs and umbrella service came with the condo. Also the kitchen needs a can opener otherwise all needs were met.

Great experience

We have never stayed at a Phoenix property before, and we were impressed with our experience. The unit was exactly as described - very nice. We enjoyed the games, and my girls learned to play UNO. We had to have a nightly game. It’s also a very convenient location. We are used to staying in places with fewer units, so the beach area was somewhat crowded. However, that’s to be expected this time of year. We plan to book here again!

Unit 204

During our firat day, two maintenance workers attempted to access the property. The first was to change the air filter which we allowed. The air filter dis not appear to need to be changed. The second worker requested access to check on a water leak. There was no leak, so we denied access. This was a privacy issue for my family. My recommendation is that maintenance be completed between stays.

Beautiful property with everything we needed

This was our first time to stay in a Phoenix condo and it did not disappoint! We loved being on the second floor and close to the stairs since the elevators usually took awhile and were crowded. The condo was perfect. We noticed a couple issues the first day with the master sink and the dryer but after calling it in, they were fixed within hours! That is service! My teens loved the ability to play basketball & racquetball, work out with weights, or swim whenever they wanted. We loved having a designated parking spot all week & the garage was great when it rained! Overall it was a great stay and we’d highly recommend it!

Fantastic spot for a beach getaway!

I stayed with 2 of my friends for a long weekend, and this condo was wonderful. It’s just as nice as the pictures! Everything was clean. Showers and sinks drained well. Comfortable sitting area, great view of the beach from the balcony, and the beds were fairly comfortable as well (we did not love the polyester sheets on the beds, as that made for a hotter slumber; we amended that by turning the A/C down. Just mentioning this in case there are any other hot sleepers out there). The paint colors and decor are cool and calming, so we always felt relaxed and at home whenever we were hanging out inside. Do be mindful that there is only a Keurig and not a traditional coffee pot (that is in the listing; we just accidentally overlooked it), so bring your K-cups. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker, which we appreciated. It does not, however, have a water dispenser. No complaints about that! Just mentioning it so other travelers will pack some bottled water or a filter pitcher if you prefer not to drink tap water. We loved that this unit is on the 2nd floor near the stairs. It made going to and from the beach and parking garage a real breeze. The Phoenix overall was great as well. Indoor and outdoor pools. Direct beach access. Easy check in. Overall, this is a lovely spot, and we would definitely love to come back and stay again! My friends had nothing but good things to say about it.

Very enjoyable stay!

This property is in a great location and had everything my family needed for our stay. The view was very nice. From our balcony, we saw dolphins swimming near the beach! Activities like jet-ski rentals, dolphin cruise, and parasailing were minutes away. The private garage parking was also a plus. Amenities were great: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, and raquetball. Would definitely recommend this property, but needs to be cleaner. Also, masterbath tub doesn't drain well. Other than that, this place was great!

Worth the money!

This was our first experience renting a condo and we really enjoyed all it had to offer compared to a beach house. The beachfront view and swimming pools and hottubs were nice amenities The balcony was very spacious and open leaving plenty of room for visitors. The 2 rooms we had were big, spacious and clean. The only thing I would add is to provide a lid on the kitchen trash can to help prevent smells while using it. The condo was really clean, but the doors could use some wiping down in the bathrooms and dusted off. Providing 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom would be nice and tissues as well. We vacuumed while there to get up the beach sand we brought in on our shoes and the vacuum sounded like it was on it's last leg, but seemed to work ok. Make sure you bring beach towels and extra toilet paper, tissue and paper towels, foil, saran wrap, etc as housekeeping won't bring you any paper products if you run out. Checking in was easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. Parking in the covered garage was very nice. Lots of security walking around was nice too. All and all, our stay was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice beach getaway.

The condo was very nice. The checkin process was a breeze. Excellent view of the beach and amenities. The beds are very firm so it may be helpful to bring a pad or cushion to sleep on.
