Holiday home in a rural setting surrounded by avocado trees and vineyards. The house is ideal for 2 people and a baby, very easy to access and directly connected to the local environment of Tenerife.
The property consists of 1 bedroom with a 150x200 bed, a bathroom, living room, private terrace with incredible views of the entire Orotava Valley, Mount Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz with the Atlantic Ocean in the background.
The environment is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the island's good weather. The Wi-Fi speed exceeds 300mb per second, making remote work easier.
The property is located in the Orotava Valley, in the area known as La Perdoma, at about 400 meters above sea level. Access to the estate is very easy; we recommend you come by car.
La Perdoma is known for its good red and white wine. Local brands with international awards such as Tajinaste, Suertes del Marques, or Arautava, have their wineries and vineyards on estates adjacent to the property. The area is also known for its "guachinches," Canarian restaurants where local products and wines are tasted.
