Stunning remodeled gulf front condo (2nd floor) within walking distance to Pier Park! Dog friendly (small grass dog area on site - 70lbs or under & non aggressive**Check dog fee box on VRBO**). We provide 2 beach loungers & an umbrella on the beach from 3/15-10/31!! Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile blue backsplash. Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower w/ rain shower head. Master bedroom has a king bed and 55 inch Smart HDTV. Sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a 2nd Smart HDTV. Distressed plank tile flooring and eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & patio. Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, and the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, and charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

The property was great!! The location was great and our property owner was great! Only complaint is the beautiful pool was like an ice bath it was freezing you definitely couldn’t go in. Would love to go back we really enjoyed it. Thanks to Jeff!!!

Best place to stay in PCB

Great property. The sounds of the ocean waves constantly there for us. Exactly what were wanted for an ocean front property. Highly recommend anyone using this unit. Jeff is an outstanding property owner. Anything we thought about needing was there!

Amazing Place to Stay

The condo is amazing, just the right size overlooking the beach. We brought our dogs which was very important. The owners could not have been better hosts. The coffee maker wouldn't work, we had a new one within 20 minutes. Very clean and the location was perfect. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Great PCB Vacation

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Location and ease to and from the beach was fantastic. We really enjoyed staying here and Jeff and Jill were awesome hosts. We will definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful View

Perfect for 2 days. Beach right outside. Third floor with great view. Balcony small but fine for we wanted. Kitchen was nice but we didn't use since only there short time. Liked Shuckem's right across street. Had lunch. Sharky's right on the beach was fantastic, for our evening meal, was within walking distance as well. Room was nice but didn't come to stay in the room.prperty was obviously old but fixed up. Used washer and dryer. Quarters only. Some maintenance could be done to the wooden fence around the dumpster but didn't effect our stay. Would recommend this property.

Great oceanfront condo

Perfect little condo right on the beach with great oceanfront. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The description on VRBO was accurate. My wife and I had a great time and will be booking for next year. Centrally located to restaurants, dog beach, pier and many activities.

Unit great. Property not so great.

Condo Unit was perfect. Property was lacking in a few areas. Pool is not lit so there is no swimming after dark. The steps leading into the pool are slanted and dangerous. One member of the group slipped and fell on these steps. Hot tub is off by itself so kind of out of sight out of mind. Dog park is only a small space for you to take your pets to relieve themselves on leash. It is not a park to allow your pet to run freely. Location to Pier Park is great. Beach area great.

Nice small condo. Perfect for my husband, myself and our Granddaughter. Loved the fabulous view! We had our small dog with us Would not recommend the dog park. Found a much better place not too far away. Overall we would come back!

The owner of the property was excellent. He kept in close contact and was very attentive, however, the sofa bed was so uncomfortable and just worn out it made sleeping miserable. There was only a thin bedspread and no extra blankets. There is no elevator so up and down the stairs was hard. The view was great!! The little dog park was so small it was really only suitable for one dog at a time and we ended up looking for other areas to take the dogs. It’s right across the street from a bar so between that and the bumper to bumper traffic it was extremely noisy. We got absolutely no sleep while there. The pool was nice.

My wife Jill and I live in Wisconsin with our dogs (Oliver and Casper). We fell in love with PCB and purchased a 4 bdrm/4 bath townhome (VRBO #780217) and this 1 bedroom condo. We also own two units next to this one (1817520 , 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because the location is perfect! Just a short walk to Pier Park and Gulf World. Also, we love the beautiful pool and beach at this location.

What makes this property unique

We are in a perfect location within walking distance to everything you could need. It is a smaller complex so no parking ramps or elevators to wait for. Stunning views and a wonderful pool! Many dog friendly restaurants nearby including Shuckums and Diegos across the street. Less than 1/2 mile from the only dog beach in Panama City Beach. You can get from your car to the unit without touching any surfaces. No lobbies or elevators, and self check-in.
