This beautiful and modern renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the ground floor with a fantastic outdoor patio. The location is ideal, very close to everything but at the same time it has a comfortable and quiet layout.

It is located 300 m from Malapesquera beach and the Paseo Marítimo and 800 m from both the famous leisure area of Puerto Marina and the spectacular Parque de la Paloma. It is very easy to get around the area.
A very family-friendly and child-friendly accommodation option that offers the necessary services such as: public transport (bus and train), grocery store, pharmacy, cafes and several restaurants within +/- 5 minutes walk.
Space
Modern renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the main room.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and an open wardrobe with enough space to store your things easily. The bedroom with a double bed has access to a small outdoor patio with a washing machine.
The bedroom with two single beds has a work area with a desk and has automated hydraulic windows in the ceiling.

The bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer. Sheets, towels, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Apartment equipped to do laundry and iron.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker and refrigerator. You will not miss the kitchenware, cutlery and the rest of the kitchen utensils. The living-dining room is comfortable and bright.

Both the living room and the 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. There is fiber optic Internet access.

We have a cot and high chair, upon request.
If you like golf you are in luck, you have 3 golf courses less than 15 minutes away. If you need information just say so.

The Flamingo Urbanization has an uncovered community parking lot for residents, without a fixed parking space. **** Space is not guaranteed, but there are usually no parking problems.
