Welcome to our spacious villa in Polemarchi, Crete, where luxury meets comfort! Spread across two floors, this 240 sqm villa offers three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and a vast terrace with stunning views.

Upstairs, one bedroom features three single beds (2 singles + 1 sofa bed), and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom boasts a double bed and a double mattress on the loft. Downstairs, another bedroom awaits with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden.

Equipped with nearly all modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and hairdryer, our villa ensures a convenient stay. Other amenities include air conditioning, a fireplace, window screens, wooden floors, and a juicer.
