The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Malaga-East is an area in the lower part of the city of Malaga, located on the southern coast of Spain, in the region of Andalusia. It is known for its beautiful beaches, pleasant climate, and vibrant atmosphere. The area offers various activities, such as sunbathing, nautical activities, water sports, and sea tours. In addition to the beaches, Malaga-East has a rich history and several tourist bridges, such as the Lighthouse of Malaga and the Natural Park of Montes de Malaga. It is a popular area with residents and visitors looking for an authentic and relaxing coastal experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, La Isla, is just a 4-minute walk.

Maria Zambrano train station is 5´walking from the property

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
