Beautiful villa of 100sqm + patio of 40sqm, with granite menhir with large garden 150 m from the sea, in the middle of nature, in a pedestrian village. Ideal for relaxing, enjoying the sea and nature, quiet accommodation with patio, barbeque and shower in the garden. The villa is divided by a patio where you can eat and relax on one side the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 2 with double bed that becomes 2 single beds + bunk bed and bathroom and in the living area where there is the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Inside the village there is a market and a bar/restaurant/pizzeria, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Suitable for couples, groups of friends and families with children. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach. about 10 minutes from costa rei and 20 minutes from Villasimius.

Ci è piaciuto tutto,la villa é molto bella, spaziosa, ben tenuta ed ha una posizione stupenda. Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria che si è dimostrata persona molto corretta e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo!

ottima location, assolutamente consigliato
abbiamo trascorso tre settimane molto piacevoli, la casa dispone di un giardino ampio e ombreggiato, a meno di 5 minuti si raggiunge il mare, bella caletta tranquilla e non troppo affollata.

Das Haus ist sehr gut für entspannende Ferien am Strand und in ruhiger Lage. Der Strand ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wie weiter man läuft desto schöner werden die Strände. Was entäuschend war, war das fehlende Wlan obwohl es in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung vermerkt war. Man hätte einen Hotspot kaufen können etc. aber das war auch nicht beschrieben. Ansonsten war der Kontakt mit der Inhaberin sehr zufriedenstellend und die Wohnung bietet alles zum relaxen es hätte einfach etwas sauberer sein dürfen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit schattigem Garten in Strandnähe
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Hälften, dazwischen liegt eine Terrasse die zum Verweilen einlädt. Ausserdem gibt es eine Hängematte im schattigen Garten, der von vielen zwitschernden Vögeln bevölkert wird. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien. Der Strand ist in Gehdistanz, dabei kann man zwischen verschiedenen kleinen Buchten oder einem längeren Sandstrand auswählen. Der Meeresboden ist oft felsig, aber es findet sich immer eine Sandbank um ins Wasser zu gehen. Das Wasser ist sehr klar. Für Gäste die nicht selbst kochen wollen empfielt es sich mit dem Auto wenige Minuten ausserhalb der Ferienanlage in eines der Restaurants zu fahren. Die Strandbar war im Juni noch geschlossen. Innerhalb der Ferienanlage gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Pizzeria.

Sehr angenehmes Wohnen, da der garten bei Hitze Kühle spendet.
Einfache, doch zweckmäßige und ausreichende Ausstattung. So sind genügend Geschirr und Sitzvorrichtungen vorhanden. Der schattige Garten bietet viele Plätze (Hängematten, Liegen) zum Verweilen und Ausruhen. Eine Freundin mit Kleinkind kam öfters in unseren Garten, da es in der gesamten Anlage schwierig ist im Schatten einen befahrbaren Weg für Kinderwagen zu finden. Kein Treppenlaufen nötig, falls man einkaufen oder zum Meer will. Man hat nur einen Nachbar, von dem man kaum etwas hört. Allerdings hört man von etwa 21.00 bis 23.00 Uhr Unterhaltungslärm vom nahe gelegenen Hotel in der Saison. Das hört man auch in den höher gelegenen Häusern. Allerdings gibt es nur wenig Aussicht auf das wundervolle Meer. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor, wieder zu kommen. Andrea

Beautiful Haus near the beach
This house is very good for families, because it has a large and nice garden, a big terrace and it´s located very near to the beautiful beaches with fine sand in only a few minutes distance to walk. Also suitable if you have smaller children and a stroller. You have good shopping possibilities for the daily needs. The whole Condominium is groomed and every house has beautiful plants and garden. A good place to relax.

AMAZING
I stayed one week at Carla's house and it could not have been better. The house really is steps away from the sea, perfect with children. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and very nicely designed. Me and my family had an absolutely wonderful holiday. Thanks to Carla who gave us the best recommendations regarding restaurants, places to visit, beaches... I really hope to rent the house again soon.

Splendida casa vacanza costa rei
Splendida e grande casa comoda per 6 persone con enorme giardino a ridosso di due bellissime calette a cui si arriva in 2minuti a piedi. Consigliatissima!
