House of 80m2 located in one of the tourist destinations par excellence of the Costa Brava only 6km from the beach and 40km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a private 8x4m pool open all year round. The two bedrooms have a double bed each. It has two complete bathrooms with a hydromassage cabin, sauna and jacuzzi. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking area in front of the house and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. We don't accept groups under 30 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
