This beautiful home boasts an aesthetic, natural style that will leave you feeling relaxed and elevated. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the large shaded backyard, and the spa-like primary bedroom escape, there is plenty of room for all of you to enjoy. This home is wonderfully located in a family-friendly neighborhood with a beautiful nature park across the street, amazing walkable restaurants, and shopping!

This is a 1,800 sq foot home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one king bed and two queens. High-end towels, linens, games, and a fully stocked kitchen will make you feel right at home.

This home is over 100 years old and has been wonderfully updated and maintained. You will have a wonderful night's rest in our quality, comfortable beds. The large living room with a 65" flat screen TV and sectional are the perfect place to hang out and relax. If you prefer privacy to unwind all bedrooms are also fitted with flat screen TVs. The house does have a front and back door camara for your safety.

This space welcomes you with fast/stable WIFI, coffee and tea, plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels and a fully stocked kitchen. A full size washer and dryer are available for the guests use as well.

Great for business professionals, families, or groups. Located in the heart of Edmond with easy access to I-35, turnpike, the University of Central Oklahoma, OU Medical Center, and Integris Health Edmond. Beautiful backyard with lush trees and large patio guests are able to relax on. The coziest beds and greatest sectional for relaxing nights in.

Perfect for Holiday Fun

The house worked well for our family of three. The bedrooms were roomy. We did a fair amount of holiday baking, the kitchen was well set up for that. The location was off one of main roads, so it was easy to get to restaurants and shopping. but it was far enough off that it was quiet. I had one question the morning of check out and Jackie answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable home

The owner and the lease agent were very helpful with questions. The kitchen was very well stocked to make cooking easy. The whole house was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The yard was well fenced so my little pup could run around without worry! We will be back

Great neighborhood and house!

Rented this house just outside of OKC in an effort to be in a safer neighborhood. It was perfect. Easy check in. Clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

My family and I had a great time. The kitchen had everything if you love to cook. It really is perfect for getting family or friends together. Plan to stay again when visiting OU student.

OUTSTANDING!

The property was very nice and clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. The living room and kitchen area are very spacious and great for sitting around and having family/group time. The house is well stocked with utensils and extra bedding so we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The property manager was also very accommodating to a few special requests, and I couldn't have asked for a better rental selection. Thank you!

Nice Place to Stay

Rachael's house was very clean and comfy! The living room was spacious and a great place to relax. The back deck was also a nice place to sit and converse. The location was very good too! It's very close to great places to eat and things to see. The only thing that we had to adjust for is that the floor have different levels. Thank you for sharing your place!

Cozy & Functional

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back to stay at this place! If I could only make a few suggestions of leave some tips: missing the bar stools that were listed in the picture, so everyone eating at the table wasn’t very functional. I would also like to add, if you cook, there is no grill and you might want to bring your own cutting board. We did enjoy our stay very much and the location was perfect for us!

Loved the layout of house. Lots of open space.

The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Very close to restaurants and shopping areas, drug store, etc. Especially enjoyed Fish City Grill which is less than a mile away. Rachael, the owner of the home, was very kind and responsive to a few questions I had. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Very Cool House - Comfortable

Family of 4 stayed for 6 nights while our house was being remodeled. Quiet neighborhood - friendly neighbors - Centrally located in Edmond. Footed Tub Shower in common area constantly trickles and is too small for an adult. A little creepy that there is a tenant in the guest house in the back yard - but Chris was neighborly. Hostess was very responsive - answered all emails within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

relaxing and enjoyable

Fantastic place for my family of four while visiting extended family in Edmond. Owner was very responsive and prompt to any needs that came up! There is a long term renter in the back of the property (separate building) that does park right next to the master bedroom so the outdoor light on all night and the car pulling in and out is a little distracting, but a minor issue. Overall, would rent again if we needed to!

Lovely house

It's a very lovely house and as my daughter say it " they have fancy furniture " . We all like the big space of this house, each of my family has their own favorite spot to relax on. My mom in law likes to hang out in the outside patio and the rest of the family would stay in the living room watching movies. They have pots and pans but we didn't see chopping board . I also like that they have tea kettle for tea drinker like me. OKC is 20-30 minutes drive from the house and Hideaway pizza is just 5 minutes drive away. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Awesome place!

This place was beautiful! Very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. We're so used to rentals that don't have adequate kitchen utensils that we bring our own pots, pans, plates, etc. We found that we didn't need any of the stuff we brought! The house was very open and spacious and as an added bonus there's a great space on the deck out back. This home is a great value for the price and we'll definitely be back when visiting our son at Oklahoma Christian University. Highly recommended for parents with kids at OC or UCO or anyone visiting the Edmond or north OKC area.

Spacious and comfortable

We enjoyed the nice TV’s in all the bedrooms. The wi-if worked well. The owner was very hospitable and addressed any of our concerns quickly. We loved the natural light and the warm brick. It was a convenient location as well.
