It is located near Monte Santa Maria in Tiberina, a charming village located on a hill and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the Tiber river. The historic center of the village is characterized by narrow cobbled streets, stone buildings, ancient churches and a picturesque main square. Walking through its streets is a unique experience.

The outdoor area is characterised by a typical country landscape. You will find a large outdoor area with an above ground swimming pool (7x4) for common use of the 2 apartments and a play area for the joy of children. The equipment with deckchairs and parasols are perfect for relaxing.
Tiberina 1 has a veranda with barbecue equipped for outdoor dining with a breathtaking view. Tiberina 2 has a terrace equipped for relaxation.
