There are board games, books & casino games to enhance your stay.

The regional property manager is available for assistance throughout the stay via call, email and message. In addition, we provide a 24 hours emergency line and head office contact to ensure all our guests are well looked after throughout their stay.

The restaurant named Riva has been highly recommended by previous guests who advised food was lovely, good price and nice walking distance from the property.

If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  

1) Pets are not to go on the furniture! Any pet waste in the rear garden must be removed and cleaned before vacating.
2) The front garden is decorative only, please do not go past the gate!
3) No Smoking is permitted in the property!
4) Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
5) Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
6) Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
7) Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
8) Photo ID must be provided to the property manager at danielle.t@pillowpartners.co.uk upon reservation being made.
