Beauport cottage sits in prime location to explore the historic market town of Stow-on-the-Wold. This truly charming English town serves as a gateway to some of the best rural country walks and cycles the Cotswolds has to offer. Stow hosts an array of renowned antique shops, tearooms, bespoke confectionery shops and even the oldest pub in the world. The cottage interior is designed to pair elements of classic British country style with bold splashes of urban-industrial chic. Beauport cottage has been designed to retain its original Cotswold features using natural, locally sourced and recycled materials to create a rustic charm throughout. You have everything you need to enjoy a short stay here, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle toaster and coffee machine. A comfortable sofa with sofa-bed for 2, a small dining area that will seat 4m bathroom with shower and a gorgeous mezzanine bedroom home to a cosy super-king bed. There is also a sweet little terrace to enjoy some al-fresco drinking and eating in the warmer weather. Guests have access to everything within the cottage and the terrace outside (within the fence). The cottage has private access to the rear of Beauport House. We are always on the end of the phone. This truly charming English town serves as a gateway to some of the best rural country walks and cycles the Cotswolds has to offer. Stow hosts an array of renowned antique shops, tearooms, bespoke confectionery shops and even the oldest pub in the world. The best way to explore the Cotswolds is by walking or cycling, a car does give you opportunities to explore countryside and villages further a field. There is on street parking less than a two minute walk from the property. If you are arriving by train we suggest travelling to Kingham and booking a taxi from the station, which costs around £15. Complimentary welcome hamper if staying 4 nights or more.
