Pebbles - A boutique King Studio located in a quiet neighbourhood
Pebbles is a stylish, cosy coastal studio designed with high quality room facilities to ensure our guests have the perfect base for a memorable Cornish holiday experience.
Pebbles studio covers 240 square feet inside and similar outside. It features underfloor heating throughout, a luxury King-size bed, an extra large shower enclosure fitted with Hans Grohe Rainfall shower, a 43 inch smart TV with Netflix, luxury organic Cornish toiletries, super-fast fibre broadband, Nespresso Vertuo Coffee machine and Cornish Tea. It also provides a small kitchenette with a dining table and comfy chairs plus an outdoor hot and cold shower. Outside is a spacious patio area to enjoy free use of BBQ facilities.
Egyptian cotton bedding, Ethically sourced Hungarian goose down duvet and luxury bathroom towels are offered as standard. We also provide sand resistant beach towels.
You will have a dedicated private parking space on our driveway with extra parking (if needed). There is a separate entrance with a lock-safe for self check-in.
We live next door so we will be around if you have any questions and we provide a welcome hamper with locally sourced (and handmade) goodies for you to enjoy.

We were both born and raised in West Cornwall and have lived in Carbis Bay for the past 10 years. We built Pebbles as an extension to our home in 2021. We've loved hosting 100's guests since we opened and we're proud we hold some of the highest reviews in Carbis Bay and St Ives on alternate hosting sites.
Why they chose this property
We grew up in Carbis Bay and Hayle and despite moving away from the area for a decade, we always vowed to return as we feel it's one of the safest and most beautiful areas the UK has to offer.
What makes this property unique
When we built Pebbles from scratch, we focused on ensuring offers high quality boutique accommodation (such as sound-proofing, Hansgrohe shower, premium bed mattress and linen, underfloor heating etc). Not an inch of the holiday let and it's private garden hasn't had a lot of love and thought gone into it!
