About this property
Snipe Meadow Barn - single storey barn conversion with countryside views
This sensitively restored property has been part of the adjoining farm since the 1960s, being formerly used to house farrowing sows and their piglets.
The beautiful conversion has created a luxurious single storey, two-bedroom holiday home which has maintained the integrity of the building, whilst retaining many original features, and given it a new lease of life.
The open plan living area is flooded with natural light and opens out to a stunning countryside view, through the French doors leading to the private patio beyond. The main living area is a wonderful space to relax together as a family, creating tasty meals in the well equipped kitchen, eating together around the dining table and relaxing on the comfy corner sofa, watching the large flat screen TV or reading a book whilst contemplating the view.
Your kitchen area is complete with oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.
There are two double bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the second with twin beds. The principal bedroom has an en suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower. Bedroom two has twin single beds and the luxurious family bathroom is adjacent with bath and mains pressure shower over.
There is underfloor heating throughout, with individual controls in each room.
Outside
Approached from a quiet country lane and surrounded by farmland in rural north Norfolk, you may be able to spot deer and birds of prey while sipping a sundowner on your patio.
Cromer with its famous pier and golden sands is a short drive away as well as many other beautiful beaches on north Norfolk’s diverse coastline. The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall are also close by. After a long distance walk on the Weavers Way or Norfolk Coastal Path why not treat yourself at the popular local pub or the renowned Gunton Arms.
There is parking for two cars to the front of the property and a charming fully enclosed patio garden with outside dining furniture to the side with an additional patio to the front, accessed via the open plan living space with a garden bench to sit and soak up the view.
