Beautiful townhouse available in Marbella, prepared to receive up to 6 guests. Ideal to visit with the family! The house is distributed as follows:
> Kitchen: The kitchen is independent and is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, hot kettle, coffee machine, crockery and kitchenware, a table with chairs, and all the utensils you will need during your stay. From this space you can enter the laundry area which is separated by a sliding glass door and offers a washing machine and a sink.
> Living-dining room: As soon as we enter the property, we find the living-dining area. The dining room has a white wooden table with chairs for 6 guests and fresh lighting in the sector. The living room has a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, a beautiful armchair and a Smart TV with Netflix. Separated by a giant wooden sliding door, we find a resting room in the opposite direction, with a corner sofa. From the living room you can also access the terrace and lawn area, which is equipped with outdoor furniture and a bush fence, designed to find relaxation after a day of exploring.
> Bedrooms: It has three bedrooms that are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe to unpack during the stay. From here you can access a large terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds in white wood (these are bunk beds) and storage area. The third bedroom has 2 single beds.
> Bathrooms: The house has two bathrooms. The master bathroom has two sinks, toilet, a bathtub and a large mirror. The second has a toilet, a sink, and mirror.
The house has a washing machine and hot/cold central air conditioning.
The urbanization also offers two communal swimming pool that guests can enjoy during their stay (open a few months a year, we suggest checking availability before booking) a beautiful bar that opens on Summer and private underground parking.

The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
*We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 10 pm. After 10pm will not be possible to check-in by restrictions of the urbanisation.
*The pools are undergoing repairs and will be closed until further notice. Check availability
*Crib available upon request at additional cost
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
