Thanks to its strategic location, this spacious and elegant two-room apartment allows you to reach the main attractions of the city center.
The balcony offers views of the city and the sea where you can see its symbol, "La Lanterna".

Elegant two-room apartment, in the heart of Genoa, with beautiful views of the city, Luxury Black&White was born from the renovation of a stately apartment to which all the comforts of modern life have been added. The apartment consists of a large double bedroom, living area with Smart TV and comfortable sofa bed, equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom.

We offer our guests a parking permit that allows them to park for free in the nearby streets. We are in a part of the city that dates back to the late 1800s and therefore finding parking is still difficult! (at the time cars did not even exist!)

The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests.
Access is regulated by electronic keypads.
The apartment shares a hallway common to four other accommodations that are also rented for tourist use.

There is a video surveillance system in common areas.
We send all directions to the apartment before arrival.
