The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary goods for you to be able to have a comfortable holiday including fridge freezer, oven, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine etc.
The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin single beds and a bedside cabinet. There is Hot & Cold air-conditioning in both bedrooms.
This property has a balcony that overlooks the communal area and a 4 person dining table perfect for family meals.

The Neighborhood:
Nearby the property you have Las Chismosas Pool bar, where you can spend the day relaxing by the pool with no need to go anywhere for food or drinks and An Italian restaurant. Both of these options are 2 min walk away from the property.
La Florida commercial area is just a 15-minute walk away, you have a parade of bars and restaurants including the Abby Tavern, Waldermars, etc.
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 5-minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
There are many different beaches within a 15-minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

Also within a 15-minute drive are 4 of the many golf courses that the Costa Blanca has to offer, Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Colinas.
