This stylish two-bedroom apartment is situated in Agios Tychonas beachfront in a building with common swimming pool. The apartment has wonderful unobstructed views of the sea on one side the city & mountains on the other side. A fully equipped apartment with open-plan kitchen, double size beds, large TV, fast WiFi and a large bathroom with double sinks and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, extractor fan and oven. Laundry facilities include washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs.

The property is directly situated on the beach. Agios Tychonas beachfront offers all conveniences, such as shops, supermarkets, taverns, bars - all within a few minutes walk away. An ideal apartment to relax and unwind but at the same time enjoy the nearby amenities on foot. This holiday apartment is perfect for family holidays, city breaks or business trips.

Excellent location on the most quiet and clean beach in Limassol
The apartment was really spacious with modern fixtures and furniture, and the hosts were immediately responsive to address any concerns. The kitchen had all the things we needed for cooking, and there was a big dining table to host our family for a meal. There’s a coffee shop that’s a quick walk down the road and a great restaurant across the road (Kofini Tavern). The best part was being able to step outside right onto the beach and walk along the pathswim. Overall it was a really nice trip and we would stay here again.
