Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright living-dining room that opens onto a lovely terrace overlooking the lively Calle Santa Margarita. Enjoy the atmosphere as you relax with a morning cup of coffee or savor a glass of wine at sunset.

The fully equipped American kitchen allows you to easily prepare delicious homemade meals, with all the appliances and utensils you may need during your stay.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed for restful sleep, along with a private bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom has access to a small interior patio, providing a tranquil space to unwind.

Additionally, you'll find a second full bathroom with a shower, ensuring that all guests have their own space and privacy.

To keep you cool on warm summer days, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. And to keep you connected, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Please note that due to the extreme drought situation in the area, the municipality has implemented nightly water cuts from approximately 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. These times are subject to possible variations, but we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience during your stay.

Finally, to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
