This awesome studio, fully renovated in April 2024 and furnished in modern and elegant style, is a perfect nest for a couple but can accommodate up to 3 guests.
The suite offers a double bed (bed size 180 x 200 cms), a sofa bed double bed (bed size 160 x 200 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 guests booking), the bathroom with shower and a functional kitchenette.
It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, centralized climatization, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
Climatization is managed at building level and follows schedule as per Rome municipality laws - heating is switched on between October and April and cooling is switched on between mid June and September.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Sofa bed will be prepared only in case of booking for 3 guests.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 100 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

There are surveillance cameras inside the building which frame building entrance and elevators entrance (switched on) and on apartment floor which frame the door (switched off).
