There is so much to do whilst you are here, the market town of Helston is just over 5 miles away, wander around the cobbled streets, visit the museum or spend the day at Flambards. A little further is the picturesque village of Porthleven, with its small harbour, beach, and coastal path around Loe Pool. The best beach for families would be Praa Sands, a large expanse of flat sand, plenty of parking, offering water sports, hire and lessons.
In the other direction is Falmouth, just over 8 miles away, a vibrant coastal gem on the Cornish coast. Here you will find several beaches, Gyllyngvase is the largest and most popular with families, having plenty of amenities. The town’s abundance of restaurants, cafés, and bars offer a culinary journey that spans the globe, catering to every palate and preference.
