This 200-year-old cottage has been beautifully renovated to the highest standard; the exposed beams and its topsy-turvy set-up, have created a bright open plan living space with cosy welcoming bedrooms. You’ll be pleasantly surprised that one bedroom boasts a super king-size bed, and the other a king-size bed (split into twins on request).
There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a beautiful living space to enjoy on a relaxed evening. The bathroom features a rainfall shower, perfect for loosening up after a hike along the South Downs Way. The large private terrace comes with outdoor dining furniture for al fresco meals, as well as deck chairs to doze in during the summer months.
Thanks to its exceptional location, intrepid guests can easily access the stunning South Downs as well as miles of English coastline. Everything you need is at your fingertips, the beach, pubs, restaurants, crazy golf, coffee shops, supermarkets and bars are all within easy walking distance. You can take a short drive to explore the historic town of Arundel with its independent shops, contemporary art galleries and castle, or visit Chichester and see the cathedral and marina. The Goodwood Estate is only a few miles away and is well know for its motor and horse racing, or why not get a Butlins day pass and use the waterpark, escape rooms, laser tag and much more! By far the best thing about the cottages location is how far you are from the beach, with only a 3-minute amble you can have sand between your toes.
