Shepherds Rest - a lovely house sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

This unique two bedroom cottage definitely places the emphasis on fun social gatherings rather than a quiet night in! The seemingly effortless combination of stylish modern interiors and delightful countryside charm blend well, with the full-size pool table, retro games machine and sit-up bar that dominate the open-plan living area. A large velvet sofa is perfectly placed to sit back and enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer and more, on the large wall mounted Smart television. The small but perfectly formed kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, and toaster, with a drinks fridge in the bar area.

On the first floor there are two tastefully furnished bedrooms, both boasting en-suite shower rooms.

Warmer evenings can be spent in the private courtyard with outdoor furniture and a barbecue ready for alfresco dining after a day exploring, or morning coffee listening to the birdsong and taking in the castle views.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (additional charge).
Children and infants welcome. Travel cot and high chair available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
A travel cot can be accommodated in both bedrooms.
The bedding is a mixture of feather and non-feather.
A hairdryer is provided in bedroom one.
Guests are welcome to use the shared picnic area.
There is CCTV in the driveway and car parking areas of the estate.
There is a burglar alarm at Shepherds Rest for guests use.
Off-road parking for two cars.
Please be aware that the parking area is shared with neighbouring properties.
