House with a private pool, near the beach and the forest!
Magnificent home with a private pool, located in a rural environment near the mountains and just 3 minutes by car from the beach. It is ideal to enjoy nature with the charms of the mountains and the sea characteristic of the Mediterranean landscape.
The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. On the upper floor, surrounded by beautiful views, we find a large kitchen-dining room integrated into the living room, where you can access a large terrace ready to enjoy an outdoor table. The house is characterized by the different spaces located on different levels, all connected, which give it a special charm. A garden with a pool and trees, a small wooden cabin that serves as a fitness room, a colorful patio in the shade of a vine, a hanging chair to enjoy the views or read, and a barbecue area with a vegetable garden and fruit trees behind. On the other hand, inside the house there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer and another outdoor patio to hang clothes. All rooms have natural light.
NOTE: In Catalonia, there is a law that requires us to register guests, so ID or passport is requested.
