Rent this fully furnished luxury Toll Brothers home with casita out on a calendar month to month basis. Enjoy this large comfortable and luxurious home in the heart of Gilbert activity. Amazing outdoor living, luxurious brand new furnishings and multiple living areas make this 4,150sf home with a 2 room casita (guesthouse) everything you need. Perfect for family vacations, corporate rentals, temporary housing and winter & summer visitors.

We only rent on a calendar month to month basis only. This means the 1st of the month to the last day of the month.

BEDROOMS:
5 Large Bedrooms. All have top quality, brand new comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans, large closets, sitting chair and ample room to spread out. All luxury bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel appliances, a six-burner Gas range and convection oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator. The huge kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, cookware, flatware and appliances you will need. Seating for people in the dining room and breakfast bar area as well as the outdoor patio area.

OUTDOOR/BACKYARD ENJOYMENT:
The backyard has many great qualities that help make your vacation one to remember: A huge private SPA that looks out onto the HEATED LAGOON stye pool. The heated pool has many steps and coves which is great for both kids and adults and a rock waterfall and little house water feature make the pool area fun and inviting. Enjoy the built in gas BBQ grill while entertaining around the pool and outdoor eating areas.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Extra large, high-capacity washer and electric dryer on site. A starter amount of laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

IN ADDITION:
Four-car garage with automatic garage remote, two more parking spots on the driveway, all linens, towels, blankets, pillows, three hair dryers, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Conveniently located near the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, several Spring Training facilities, golf courses, shopping, dining and other attractions! Best Family Vacation Rental

This house was fantastic. It was perfect for our family, and the casita was a great bonus. The only negative is the two trees by the pool that continuously drop pollen in the water, but that didn’t take away from the time we spent in the pool. We couldn’t be happier!

I stayed at this property with 5 friends. The home was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and an overall great location. Very nice property with a well stocked kitchen. Great location near shopping and grocery store.

While the weather was unseasonably cool we still enjoyed our time in Gilbert. The pool and spa temperatures were excellent and used every day. The house was in very good shape and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT place for a mini family reunion

Clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated spacious home. We had 10 adults and 2 children. The casita was perfect for the grandkids and their parents, we didn't hear when the baby woke up at 5 in the morning. We were able to all dine together in the dining room and hang out by the pool They had pool stuff the kids loved. Just perfect.

This spacious, clean, well-maintained and nicely-appointed home was delightful and user friendly for our party of 9, including an infant, a 92-year old, couples and singles ! The "higher-end" neighborhood is attractive and quiet, and it is close to about any store one might need as well as many restaurants. The one negative, that has nothing to do with the owners or the property, was the necessity of dealing through VRBO to arrange the rental. This process was both cumbersome and irritating for a prospective renter as well as a confirmed renter.

Backyard Paradise

The house was perfect. We spent a long weekend enjoying the backyard paradise. I've done a few other rentals and this pool and hot tub was by far the best. The multiple seating areas gave a lot of options for sun and shade. We really enjoyed it and I look forward to coming back.

We had our son, his wife and 2 grandsons out for a week (we stayed for 2 more) and everybody had a ball. Our grandsons loved the pool and were in it constantly (day and night). Beautiful backyard with heated pool and hot tub was great for everyone. TVs got as little flaky a few times but it was a great one floor house with room for everyone and a one bedroom Casita as well.

The home was very clean and very large! The casita was a nice getaway place to relax. The pool area is second to none and we spent almost every hour of the day hanging by it. Hot tub was great for the cool Gilbert nights. Grill area is phenomenal! Close to some of the Phoenix area great attractions. Dustin promptly responded to any questions we had. Great Property!

This property was amazing!! 13 Family members (10 adults and 3 children) stayed at this property to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and there was plenty of room for all of us! The Casita worked well for our daughter and her family which included a 2 year old so he could take a nap without any disruption. Dustin even provided a high chair and pack and play for him! We loved hanging out by the pool and the covered porch was a very nice area to get out of the sun but still be part of the activities! The kitchen is amazing and allowed everyone to help during meal prep. It was great having the "Window" between the kitchen and grilling area:-) Thank you Dustin for sharing your beautiful home with our family, I would highly recommend this property!

This property with its large one level floor plan and huge pool and yard is its attraction.

We were totally impressed with this property. It’s open spaciousness and accommodating features were a perfect match for a large family vacation. The pool and spa were especially relaxing and a great hit with the children. Dustin was a great host and easily contacted if we needed anything. A Fabulous Experience & Beautiful home

I can't say enough great things about the owners and the property! The home was perfect for our family, very clean, open space and felt like home. The owners Dustin and Hallie were more than accommodating and very responsive. We had to make changes to our stay and stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate our requests. They provided a high chair and a pack and play upon our requests. The pool and hot tub were perfect, warm and helped us enjoy our stay. We hardly had to leave the property, and our kids were able to enjoy a fun space, nap and swim all within the same location. My mom, who is particular about arrangements and likes to only stay where they "put a mint on her pillow", said she never wanted to stay at a hotel again. Thank you again to Dustin and Hallie for your hospitality and allowing us to enjoy your home. When we come back, we will definitely stay again!

Perfect location for family of fourteen birthday celebration.

To celebrate my husband's birthday, we gathered three sons and their families for a celebration in Arizona. This house was beautiful, well appointed and perfect for 8 adults and 6 children. The weather was warm so we spent a lot of time lounging around the pool and enjoying the spa. We heated the pool to compensate for the cool evenings. Dustin & Halle were both very responsive the two times we had questions. Location is convenient to airports, restaurants, stores and entertainment. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this home for boxing tournament. The home was lovely, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Owners were prompt with any questions we had. The home is clean and beds are very comfortable. Updated modern furniture. Great neighborhood and close to freeway access and grocery store. BBQ and patio area was a plus. The home is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Everything was as you would like it to be.

Our family spent a very enjoyable 10 days here, away from the cold at home in Canada, over Christmas. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, sunny afternoons on the back porch/deck, the five comfortable and quiet bedrooms and the big kitchen, as we like to do our own cooking. The property manager went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed. Absolutely no reservations about recommending this property.
