Great apartment - perfect location
We (a couple) booked the apartment for three weeks, so we could spend some time in Les Arcs working and skiing. The apartment was big enough for us to spread out and not disturb each other when working, and the proximity to the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) made it super easy to pop back for calls, etc. The views of the mountain are stunning and it was a lovely time to spend evenings in on the days we didn't eat out.The Lauzieres complex is a bit of a maze... it's worth taking photos of - and studying! - the floor plans displayed floor 1 when you arrive.One thing to note: as implied by the listing there is no wifi. We knew this so it wasn't a surprise, but I highlight it here because it's the only thing that lets the apartment down. We found there was a good Orange F signal in the apartment and we bought a maya.net 'unlimited' eSIM (3Gb/day), which worked well enough, but if the owner were to install wifi the apartment would be unbeatable for the price.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec des amis et nos enfants respectifs.L’appartement est idéalement situé pour déposer les enfants au skimome ( au pied du bâtiment).Pour rejoindre les pistes il suffit de chausser les skis, et le retour se fait aussi à ski.L’appartement est très bien équipé et très Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec des amis et nos enfants respectifs.L’appartement est idéalement situé pour déposer les enfants au skimome ( au pied du bâtiment).Pour rejoindre les pistes il suffit de chausser les skis, et le retour se fait aussi à ski.L’appartement est trèsSeul petit bémol: le lit de 140cm dans le coin montagne qui est divisé en un matelas de 90cm et un autre de 50cm… il faut bien s’entendre avec son partenaire.Dans l’ensemble un super séjour et un service de conciergerie très efficace

Vraiment très chouette
Une semaine exceptionnelle avec nos grands enfants : appartement très bien situé, superbe vue, très confortable et bien pensé, même pour 7 adultes (un 8ème n'aurait rien changé à cette appréciation). Vraiment très chouette.

Superbe appartement, pratique et fonctionnel
Superbe appartement rénové avec goût. Très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Pièces de vie lumineuses avec cuisine américaine très agréable. Très belle vue sur les pistes et le front de neige. L'appartement est idéalement situé au pied des pistes et du jardin d'enfants ESF (Flocon inclus). Bien adapté pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Excellent accueil du propriétaire et du service de conciergerie. A recommander.

Quand on loue un logement, on sait que les photos sont toujours très belles et enjolivent un peu trop le bien au final. Ici ce n'est pas le cas. L'appartement est vraiment très bien : moderne, chic, propre, bien équipé et aux pieds des pistes. L'espace est super optimisé. Rien à redire. Un vrai coup de cœur au final ! (Et le proprio est très sympa)

Appartement très agréable, lumineux et refait récemment avec goût. Bien agencé, suffisamment de rangements, ca nous a permis d’être confortablement installés à 2 familles de 2 enfants. Emplacement idéal pour accéder aux pistes, commerces et la vue très belle. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et idéalement situé dans la station des Arcs. De plus nous avons rencontrés le propriétaire sur place, très gentil qui a su nous donné de bons conseils pour que notre séjour se déroule bien. Nous recommandons cet appartement ou nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
