The Peyia Town square with its numerous taverns, restaurants, coffee shops is only a 5 min drive.

The Villa sleeps 10, has free Wi-Fi, a Private Pool, a BBQ area and all modern amenities.

The space:
Villa Di Mare is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood and yet close to all the tourists attractions the Paphos district has to offer. It is perfect for those who want privacy and relaxation, but within easy reach of the beach and local life. Villa Di Mare will make an ideal base for any holiday whether you want to laze by the pool or explore blue flag sandy beaches of Coral Bay, Polis, Latchi; or enjoy the famous restaurants, bars, cafes of Coral Bay. The famous Paphos Harbour is about 30 minutes drive from the Villa.

The beautiful Coral Bay beach is only a few minutes drive with it EU Blue Flag Beaches. Coral Bay itself is a natural beach spanning 600m in a crescent shape of powdery white sand ideal for swimming or sunbathing.

Villa Di Mare has been designed and decorated to ensure you have a laid back ,comfy and rejuvenating holiday.This Villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, bright spacious living area, fully equipped open plan kitchen, outdoor BBQ facilities, and a private pool. All necessary facilities and amenities have been provided to ensure that you have all the comforts of home.


The Bedrooms:
The ensuite master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and two of the bedrooms has two single beds in each bedroom.The large air conditioned bedrooms can accommodate 10 adults with ease and boasts large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. All the beds are very comfortable to ensure you have a good nights rest. We will provide all the linens and towels. The Villa also comes equipped with Iron, Ironing Board, and hair dryer.



Kitchen Area:
There is an spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen complete with all White goods( fridge, washing machine, hob/oven, microwave, coffee machine)and assorted crockery and cutlery.



Dining Area:
There is an indoor and outdoor options for dining. You can use the indoor dinning room for a classy meal or enjoy al fresco dinning at the outdoor dinning area.



The Living Area:
The living room is light and airy with high sliding doors directly accessing the pool area. It is fully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, chairs and coffee table. There is a Smart flat screen T.V. and Free Wi-Fi access.


Swimming Pool:
The Villa has its own private swimming pool(exclusive to you) for endless carefree relaxing hours in the ever shining Cyprus sun. The pool area offers ultimate privacy and plenty of sunbathing space. It is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. The swimming pool area has sufficient lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night.
