Just 10 miles north-west lies Dorchester, the bustling county town of Dorset, while 7 miles to the north-east is the quaint riverside town of Wareham. For the adventurous, a wide range of activities await, while those seeking relaxation can indulge in family-friendly outings to attractions like the Sealife Centre in Weymouth (13 miles) or Monkey World and the Tank Museum, which are both within 6 miles.
A shared pathway and steps lead from the roadside to this semi-detached property. Once inside you are met with a light and bright lounge/diner, decorated with care in neutral tones. There is a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV, plus space to dine just opposite. Two steps lead up into the contemporary kitchen next door. This well-equipped space has everything you need for your self-catered stay. A door leads from here into a handy separate WC. Heading back into the lounge/diner, you will find a staircase rising to the first floor. There are three bedrooms to choose from with the first being a king-size at the front of the property with a fabulous balcony and views of the countryside. Next is an inviting twin, again with countryside views. Set to the rear of the property and overlooking the garden is a charming single room. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with a shower over the corner bath and a WC.
Heading outside via the door from the kitchen, you will find a fully enclosed garden bordered by established shrubs and terraced lawns. There is a picnic bench ideal for family meals.
