This lovely lodge is a mid-terrace two-bedroom property nestled in the thick of the East Devon countryside. Surrounded by alpine forests, it is set in the perfect location offering both countryside living as well as being within easy reach of a city. Ideal for keen walkers, and bird watchers as RSPB Aylesbeare Common is only 1.2 miles away from the property. Westpoint Arena (4.3 miles) hosts local concerts, fairs and exhibitions, and if you’re into rugby visit Sandy Park stadium (5.9 miles) Exeter City (8 miles) is worth a visit, with its beautiful cathedral, Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery, shopping centres, and lots of pubs and eateries. Woodbury Common, AONB is 6 miles away, and if you are feeling like you need a seaside injection head 8 miles down the road to Exmouth Beach with 2 miles of golden sand. Walking into the property you are greeted with a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped to cater to the 'cooks' of the family or if cooking doesn't take your fancy you could simply grab a takeaway on your way home and eat it outside in the last of the sunshine. There is a dining table and chairs which can seat up to six people. The living room has two cosy sofas that you can sink into after a long day rambling the countryside and enjoy a feel good film on the Smart TV. Leading from the living room are the two bedrooms and the family wet room. The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is a twin room with space for belongings. There is a paved area with outdoor seating to the front of the property.
