The house is conveniently situated near Chania, offering a clean and spacious living area just a brief 200-meter walk from the sea. The large terrace boasts a breathtaking sea view, perfect for morning coffee. In the backyard, guests can enjoy a table tennis setup and a barbecue table. The city center of Chania is only a 10-minute drive away, even during busy traffic times.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living room with a large, comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster for preparing any type of meal. The three bedrooms include one with an en suite bathroom and washing machine, and two more bright and roomy spaces. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third has two semi-double beds. The area next is capable of free parking for three cars
