At guests' disposal, 5 kitchenettes, each with dining/living area. Outside, guests can dispose of a large fully fenced garden, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a stone-work barbecue. The farmhouse is also equipped with heating, wi-fi internet connection in a ground floor apartment, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair and private parking.

Outdoors and swimming pool
Nestled on a hill, the farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, boasting a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Around the house is a garden of approximately 1,000 sq.mt, enriched with terracotta vases, flowers, bushes and various trees, completely fenced with natural hedges and wire mesh. The property includes 10 hectares of unfenced land where it is possible to take long walks. In front of the farmhouse, in a panoramic and quiet position, is located the in-ground rectangular swimming pool measuring 5.5x18 meters with a depth of 1.40 metres; a raised section of the pool features two hydromassage jets and a waterfall. The paved solarium around the swimming pool is equipped with 10 sun loungers, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas, 4 tables and a sitting area, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water. The outdoor area is completed by a ping-pong table, a stone-work barbecue, a ground floor loggia equipped with table and chairs and a first floor panoramic terrace equipped with tables, chairs and 2 umbrellas. All external areas are well maintained. The property is accessed via a gate, to whom the private parking is close.Interior
The entire farmhouse, measuring approximately 340 sq.mt in total made of 5 residential units, is spread over 2 buildings near to one another. It has been restored with conservative interventions respecting the traditional Umbrian architecture and is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, resulting in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that ensures every comfort to the guests. The first building, entirely in stone, consists of 4 apartments. Two are located on the ground floor:
“Apartment 1” opens onto a living room with table, sofa, satellite TV, a kitchenette (4-burner stove, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka coffee machine, kettle), two double bedrooms, one of which has an outdoor access, a bathroom with shower.
“Apartment 2” opens onto a living room with table, sofa, satellite TV, a kitchenette (4-burner stove, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka coffee machine, kettle), a double bedroom with outdoor access, a private bathroom with shower accessible to the disabled, a smaller bathroom with umbrella shower.
The first floor is accessed via an external stone staircase (15 steps) with a gate that closes the terrace reserved for the other two apartments:

Detached, next to this one, we find the second building, which opens onto a large living room with two tables capable of accommodating the entire group, 2 working fireplaces, a sofa, satellite TV, a kitchenette (4-burner stove, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka coffee machine and espresso coffee maker with pods, blender, juicer, kettle), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Externally, near the main access of this building, under the loggia, we find a dishwasher available for all guests of the farmhouse and on the back, in a separate room, a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The farmhouse, hidden among the rolling hills of Acquasparta in the province of Terni, is a true corner of paradise, surrounded by greenery. It mixes a rustic atmosphere with every modern comfort. In this place, except for the chirping of the birds, there is total silence and you can discover the pleasure of relaxation within a welcoming and familiar dimension surrounded by views of long expanses of fields, olive trees and oaks. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), consumption of water, electricity and gas (but not heating), internet connection, high chair and baby cots. Upon request, possibility of domestic help, babysitter and cook.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Only small and medium-size pets are allowed. Villa suitable for disabled guests. The internet connection is only on the ground floor apartment.Activities and Distances
Casale Santomanno is located in Acquasparta, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, found between the springs of the Amerino, whose healing mineral water is famous and known since ancient times. Among the main typical products are oil, truffles and chestnuts. From here it is possible to take cultural and archaeological tours and guided cycling trips. It is interesting to visit the Marmore Falls, a marvel of rare beauty, created by the Romans in the third century BC, ideal for rafting in the rapids. A short distance from Terni, the Carsulae archaeological site is worth mentioning, showing the remains of a Roman city.
