Inside the villa, you are greeted by a spacious hallway leading to an open dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of modern design, ideal for preparing gastronomic delights. The living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, along with SAT TV, provides a cozy place to relax, adorned with carefully selected furniture in tones that exude luxury and comfort. Large glass doors offer direct access to the garden with the pool and flood the space with natural light.

The interior of the villa is enriched with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, four elegant bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and an additional toilet.

The ground floor reveals the first bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Direct access to the garden with the pool through glass doors further enriches the waking experience in this beautiful villa.

The outdoor space offers a spacious garden with a private pool of 33m2, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a summer gazebo with an outdoor dining table for 8 people.
