Bickerscourt Farmhouse, Danzey Green, Warwickshire sleeps four in two bedrooms.

Bickerscourt Farmhouse consists of kitchen with an electric oven and hob, AGA, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, a dining table seating four as well as a utility room with a fridge freezer and washing machine. The living room contains a woodburning stove and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double room and a twin, both with TV’s, serviced by a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a private enclosed courtyard with a garden table and chairs. Two well-behaved pets allowed, but smoking is not permitted. WiFi, heat pump central heating, electric, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included. You’ll find the closest pub in 1.5 miles, and a shop within 3.9 miles. Bickerscourt Farm is an ideal base to explore the countryside of Warwickshire. Note: This property is on a working farm (owners live next door). Note: The AGA will only be switched on in the winter. Note: A stable is available on site upon request.

Discover the bustling medieval market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of famous writer William Shakespeare, also home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Shakespeare's Birthplace. Let's not forget to mention Cadbury's chocolate factory and the major city of Birmingham, both well-worth a visit.

Town: The small Warwickshire town of Henley-in-Arden lies just 8.5 miles north of Stratford-upon-Avon and is well-known for its variety of historic buildings and varied architecture, including a 15th century Guild Hall, medieval Market Cross and many half-timbered properties along the main street. Henley-in-Arden boasts one of the most unspoilt high streets in the country, which contains over 150 buildings listed as being of Special or Historic Interest. The town has its own Heritage Centre, itself dating back to the 12th century, many restaurants, traditional pubs and individual shops, as well as many sports facilities including golf courses, tennis courts and fishing. Just a short drive away is the birthplace of Sir William Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon, which is steeped in history and culture and lies on the banks of the River Severn. Experience Olde England by visiting Shakespeare's birthplace and many other houses connected to his family, which are open all year round and boast 16th Century furnishings and landscaped grounds and gardens. Enjoy one of his many plays at the world-renowned Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The River Avon offers river cruises, rowing and motor boat rides and many lovely walks, or visit one of the many National Trust properties in this historic part of the country. Warwick with its' imposing medieval castle, Royal Leamington Spa with its beautiful Victorian and Georgian architecture and many unspoilt Cotswold villages and towns all make a great family day out.
