The road through which it is accessed is the gateway to the Montnegre Natural Park, with 15,000 hectares of park where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding.
A few meters away there is an adventure park and several horse riding centers .
Access to the villa is via a dirt road for a distance of approximately 1km, not suitable for sports cars.
The villa has well water for common use and solar panels for electricity supply.
The third bathroom in the villa is located outside, next to the pool.
