Please report opposite to Morland House (Queens Court) if you are checking in between 14:00 - 17:30.
Check-in times are from 14:00 - 17:30. If your arrival is scheduled for after 17:30, we can arrange for a key collection from a key box.
Upon arrival, please ensure that the primary booker is present and possesses a photo ID. This must be presented in order to check into your apartment.
If you are scheduled to arrive after our check-in times and a key collection is being arranged, you will need to send us a copy of photo ID prior to receiving your check-in instructions.
Check-out is 11:00
Weekend and bank holiday check-in times are between 14:00- 17:30. Please note that weekend and bank holiday check-in times are not flexible. Failure to arrive within the given check-in times, will result to you missing your first night of stay which is non-refundable.
For guests staying less than 7 nights, cleaning can be added at an additional charge. For guests staying 7 nights or more, cleaning and change of towels and bed linen will be carried out once at no additional fee.
Please ensure you contact Morland House Apartments regarding parking (as spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis). Charges incur for parking at £15 per car per night.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and respect your neighbours. Especially keep loud noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am.
