Originally from Denmark and France, with work experience in both Denmark, France, and Belgium, my family and I eagerly look forward to every opportunity to escape the cold winds, rain, and gray skies of Northern Europe to find refuge in Torrox. Here, we can immerse ourselves in the warm Mediterranean climate and embrace the vibrant lifestyle of Andalusia with its lively yet comfortable atmosphere and charm.
One of the main reasons we fell in love with Torrox is its authenticity and breathtaking natural beauty. Surrounded by majestic mountains and picturesque landscapes, and right by the Mediterranean Sea, Torrox is a paradise for nature lovers like us. Whether it's exploring the rugged terrain on hiking trails or relaxing on pristine beaches, there is always something astonishing to discover.

Our lovely holiday home is located directly by the beach, and everything we could wish for is within walking distance. The town of Torrox is conveniently located in relation to Malaga Airport and is surrounded by a fantastic coastline with endless beaches. Just 2.5 km away lies the lively resort town of Nerja, and just a 20-minute drive leads to the breathtaking Spanish town of Frigiliana. All three towns, Torrox, Nerja, and Frigiliana, offer unique attractions and experiences that will enrich your stay.
Frigiliana is famous for its picturesque white village nestled in the mountains and has consistently been voted one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. The surrounding natural parks offer exceptional opportunities for hiking in breathtaking surroundings with mountains, valleys, rivers, and sea views. Near Frigiliana, you can explore the Lost Village and dine at Restaurant El Acebuchal, another remarkable stop.
