Cottage is based over in Singleton, offers the perfect retreat for your next family getaway. From the picturesque views over the Levin Down to the timeless interior this house is truly one to remember! Situated just a few miles from Goodwood Motor Circuit and the Goodwood Racecourse is just a 4-minute drive away.
Upon entering you are greeted by the properties cosy interior adorned with rustic charm and modern comforts to ensure you feel right at home! In the spacious living area you will find the open fire, a smart TV equip with a DVD player and the owners have provided plenty of DVDs, and books to keep you entertained during your stay. These amenities create the perfect ambience for relaxation after a day of exploring the countryside or busy day at Goodwood.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family, with the spacious dining area nearby for enjoying meals together. The open plan kitchen and dining area has direct access to the conservatory offer beautiful views over the garden. Through the kitchen is the utility room, fully stocked with a washing machine, iron, airer, and a large fridge/freezer whilst having extra space for shoe storage or to hang your damp coats after a walk around the countryside.
Upstairs you will find three timelessly decorated bedrooms and a family bathroom equipped with a shower over bath and WC. The master bedroom boasts a large double bed, a recliner, and an en-suite bathroom with a further shower and WC. Why not engulf in the picturesque views overlooking the Levin Down Nature Reserve!
The second bedroom features a double bed with plenty of storage space for all your holiday attire, all while facing the scenic views of the local village. Meanwhile, the third bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed and features built in wardrobe and mirror, so you won't be after any extra storage during your stay whilst overlooking the unforgettable views of the garden.
For added convenience, there is a shower room downstairs, ensuring that guests have easy access to bathroom facilities with additional bathroom storage. The owner's families with young children will appreciate that stair gates can be fitted at both ends of the stairs upon request to ensure everyone is stress free during their stay.
