The Space:
The heart of our home is the cozy living room, where windows open widely to reveal the enchanting beauty of the private garden. Lounge amidst the lush greenery, listening to the symphony of birdsong as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy intimate conversations under the stars. The sleek and modern kitchen complete with top-of-the-line appliances to inspire your inner chef. And for our little guests, a Kids Corner awaits, brimming with games, toys, books, and even a piano, promising endless moments of laughter and exploration.

The Neighborhood:
Venture beyond the comforts of our retreat and discover the wonders of Cambridge and its surrounding treasures. Take to the waters with punting adventures on the Cam River or immerse yourself in nature at nearby Chestnut Grove Secret Park and Jesus Green Pirate Playground.
Getting Around:
There are bus stops on Milton Road at the end of our street that will take you town, but it’s also a lovely walk through the Jesus Green into the heart of Cambridge.
There is a small pharmacy on Milton Road, just a 5 minute walk from the house: Milton Road Pharmacy
There are several Co-ops nearby, which are the best little shops to grab groceries from.

You will have the whole property for yourselves during your stay.
Let yourself in, at your convenience, with self check-in. Enjoy our professionally cleaned and maintained property, where fluffy pillows, fresh bed linen, towels and other necessities are all-provided.

SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not in the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
The minimum age requirement is 21 years old (at least one guest must be at least 21 years old).
Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in a short online check-in form and upload photos of an ID of the lead guest before checking in. On the form you will need to provide: number of guests staying at the property, method of transport (if parking is required where applicable), reason for your trip (business or leisure), lead guest info (name, email, contact telephone number and address) and finally upload copies of ID of the lead guest. This is part of our Risk Assessment Policy and it is done for Health and Safety reasons (i.e. if a fire breaks out, we need to provide details of everyone staying at the property to the relevant authorities). We operate a self check in system and cannot meet our guests to check their ID in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
Just a friendly reminder for guests staying 10 nights or longer: it is essential you schedule either an interim housekeeping service or a linen change during your stay, depending on how long you'll be with us. Failure to do so might incur extra charges at check out if we found the property not in a similar state as we left it at your arrival or if the linen/ towels have been washed in the washing machine or are heavily soiled.
DO NOT wash our linen & towels. They are hired, professionally laundered and ironed and cannot be washed in a domestic washing machine. A fee might apply for each item washed without our prior consent.
