Pleasant holiday home on sea plot with panoramic view of the fjord. Great fishing opportunities in amazing archipelago idyll. Final cleaning included in the price. Cozy, partially renovated holiday home with a fireplace in the living room. German TV via AppleTV in addition to Norwegian/international channels. Three bedrooms; the beds can be put together to make double beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with WC, shower, and underfloor heating. Quay/floating jetty by the sea. The river Ørstaelva, 30 km away, beckons with salmon and trout. The lake Skogevatnet with trout, 6 km. Swimming opportunities at long shallow beach 300 m from the holiday house and 25 m to wharf with swimming ladders. Alternatively, Overåsanden, a beautiful sandy beach with a sand volleyball court 30 km away, or beautiful beaches on Flø, 18 km. The town of Ulsteinvik is 14 km away. From the holiday home, there are numerous islands and islets within a short distance by boat. Here, you can fish in sheltered waters all year round, or go further into the Rovdefjord. You can also take the trip through Dragsundet and beyond in closed waters. Here in the fjords, the cod comes in the spring in February, March, and April. 25 meters to the floating jetty with the rental boat. Covered/indoor filleting area with light and running water.
