We offer for tourist rental a 1-bedroom apartment in a house with a swimming pool within walking distance of a popular city park. The apartment has an area of 56 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is an ALDI supermarket 300 meters away. The Garden of Nations Park is approximately 450 meters away. The sea and two city beaches - Del Cura and Acequion - are just over a kilometer away. Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking is prohibited in the apartment!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
