About this property

Situated in a secure residence close to the centre of Mandelieu, beach and port. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. This residence offers great views, a lovely pool (access direct from the terrace), tennis courts and a gym.
The apartment is 56m² with a 70m² terrace/garden overlooking the hills. The terrace area is perfect for sun bathing and al fresco dining. There is a table and chairs for 4 along with 4 loungers. A canvas sun shade protects you from the sun.
The owner has taken great care in equipping the apartment to ensure that you have all the necessary facilities to enjoy your holiday. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and oven.
The living area is tastefully decorated and offers TV and wifi. The 120cm sofa bed is suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children.Plenty of cupoboard space in the bedroom and a 160cm double bed.
The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower. The WC is seperate.
Mandelieu is a market town just five minutes drive drom the residence and about 7km from Cannes and offers lovely sandy beaches and a port along with plenty of restaurants for all tastes and budgets.
We are lucky to have two super golf courses close by, Riviera Golf and Mandelieu Old Course. Both are a short drive away.
Please note that you will be asked to pay local stay tax on arrival.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréable. L’appartement est très beau avec piscine juste à côté. Le plus, il y a un garage ! Le jardin est très agréable pour les repas ou s’y poser… Je recommande fortement cette location. Les hôtes sont très accueillants
