Six bedroom family home with large kitchen, lounge and conservatory. Perfect for groups or families, to relax and unwind after sight seeing in London! A perfectly located large guest house with free on street parking at all times! (a rarity in London). Home comprises of 6 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 3 single rooms), 1 sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 9 guests or 10 if sofa bed is utilised. We provide a travel cot on request.

Nunhead station is less than a 10 minute walk away, providing a direct link to London Victoria by train in under 25 minutes. There are numerous tourist sites within easy reach of London Victoria, such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, The Apollo Theatre and St James Park to name a few!

The space:

It is designed with an open dining/living room floor plan which extends into the conservatory allowing natural lighting and a space to further relax and enjoy your stay!

Bedrooms:

Each bedroom is fully furnished with hotel quality linen, bedside table and lamp with storage space for clothes.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and everything needed for home cooked meals. Complimentary tea, coffee and coffee pods are also provided.

There is a laundry space that leads off the kitchen for any clothing mishaps!

Bathrooms:

There is an upstairs main bathroom complete with clean bath towels supplied for each guest, toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. The downstairs has a half bathroom which is located off the 6th bedroom.
